Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Phillips screwdriver set
  • Flathead screwdriver
  • Anti-static wrist strap
  • Needle-nose pliers
  • Multimeter
  • Plastic spudger tools

Step-by-Step Installation

  1. Safety First: Disconnect TV from power source and allow capacitors to discharge for 30 minutes before beginning any work.
  2. Remove Back Cover: Carefully remove all screws from the back panel and gently separate the back cover from the TV frame.
  3. Identify Components: Locate the main board, power supply board, T-Con board, and LED backlight strips.
  4. Disconnect Cables: Carefully disconnect all ribbon cables and wire harnesses from the board being replaced.
  5. Remove Old Board: Unscrew the mounting screws and remove the defective board from the TV chassis.
  6. Install New Board: Position the replacement board and secure with mounting screws.
  7. Reconnect Cables: Reattach all ribbon cables and wire harnesses to the new board.
  8. Test Operation: Reconnect power and test TV operation before reassembling the back cover.
Warning: All repairs should be performed by qualified technicians. Working with high-voltage components can be dangerous and may void warranty.

Key Features

Main Board (Motherboard)

The central processing unit of the TV, handling input processing, SmartCast functionality, and overall system control. Contains the main processor, memory, and input/output controllers.

Power Supply Board

Converts AC power to various DC voltages required by different TV components. Includes voltage regulators, transformers, and protection circuits for stable power delivery.

T-Con Board (Timing Control)
