Step-by-Step Power On Guide
- Connect Power Source: Plug the TV power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the outlet is functioning properly.
- Power Button Location: Locate the power button on your VIZIO TV - typically on the bottom center, side panel, or back of the TV.
- Manual Power On: Press and hold the physical power button on the TV for 2-3 seconds until the VIZIO logo appears.
- Remote Control Setup: Insert batteries into the VIZIO remote control and point it toward the TV's infrared sensor.
- Remote Power On: Press the power button on the remote control to turn on the TV from a distance.
- Initial Setup: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial setup process including language, WiFi, and channel setup.
- Verify Operation: Check that all functions are working properly including volume control, input selection, and menu navigation.
Warning: Always use the provided power cable and ensure proper ventilation around the TV to prevent overheating.
